Cost very cheaply. I want to call the friend. If I shall call from usual phone to United Arab Emirates that the high price. Somebody knows about such cards. How to find

You call a number on them, and save your number for that card on their service, and then have 4-8 hrs depending upon the card you buy. Walking around the IFC today you will see quite a few being sold to the maids and good quality also. They are everywhere, on every street. There are numerous calling card companies.  One of the more popular ones in the U.S. is Dynasky.  They work in many countries, but alas, no local number for Chile to dial in.  With Dynasky, I can call HK from anywhere in the US for .018 USD per minute.  From HK to say the U.S. is .05HKD per minute. There are cheaper places, but Dynasky has been around for a long time.

#6 Post at 17-8-2009 00:27  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L should warn that Skype can be iffy though.  the connection isn't always good.  really depends on a country's internet infrastructure and your provider's available bandwidth.  if you're willing to consider Skype, you should really consider any sort of VOIP technology like vid-chats through MSN or whatever.

(actually there are plenty all around HK) just tell them you want to call to UAE, what's the cheapest, etc.. they will advise you on what's the cheapest calling card to use. for example, i use 山水卡 to call to China.. only $0.07 per minute. for hk$50, i can call 700+ minutes! http://www.dptelecom.com.hk/products.asp?classname=calling seems like the cheapest is 情緣卡  or 長宏卡 hk$2.54/min to UAE.
