HOtel REservation?

I wanna try one of those HOtel REs girls in TST or even in Macao, but to be honest I dont really understand the meaning of that.

Does it means besides from charge I will stlll need to pay additional for the Hotel Charge?

If  I am already in a HOtel room, can I request her to come to my hotel instead of going to the hotel they requested?

Normal rate is the same price again.  

You can try your charm, if she likes you she might cut you a deal - but if you extend the time you're pretty much guaranteed to have to pay full rate since the Agent will know.  

You're more likely to get a decent 2Q deal from a walkup.

I've been thinking the same thing and it looks like the same system in Singapore, girls come over for a few weeks say in a cheap room for the whole time and get guys sent to her and and when they come.
