The only reason most chicks are reluctant to have sex while menstruating is that they are embarrassed, they fear the impression it will make on the guy. Once it begins, they're just as enthusiastic as I am. By "force" all I meant was being insistent enough to convince them that I haven't any problem with a little blood.

This 'menstruating is dirty' thing is something that women are taught. There are many religions/cultures where a woman must leave the main house until her period ends. Western feminists rebelled against this idea that menstruating women are unclean as just another example of men trying to control women's bodies. I've had a couple of American GFs - both feminists - who always wanted to screw when having their periods. Asian women are more traditional, but they'll do it and enjoy it, if they think you want them enough to ignore the red.
