Video of WG's - open to prosecution?

I saw recently the 3 videos of Yo Yo done by a gylus posted in Reports section.  The videos are short and downloadable.  Given the current trial going on about the computer technician being tried for making available the clips of Edison Chen/starlets on the internet, will the brothers who make available videos of WG's on this site open themselves to being charged with the same offense as that technician?  I think the charge is something like, "Distributing materials on the internet with malicious intent" or something like that.


Any lawyers here who can answer that question, or any lurker from the police department who like to answer that question?

I think the main point is whether Yoyo knows and approves of the videos being shared.

With Edison the photos were stolen from his PC

Only the guy that stole the picture got prosecution. After that there are enough people spreading it around. It is hard to prosecute then all.

along the line of topic, is posting a report on illegal practices of 141 open for prosecution as well? I just posted about my 3some to share with the bros... better not come back to haunt me

The 3 video files are near the bottom of that thread.  Actually, I was able to download all 3 files, which are all quite short, and then combine them into one file using Mac iPhoto.  But I don't want to post the combined file until the first question I posed there gets a decent response.
