It seems the only way of contacting these girls is via in the phone number they leave on their profile page, and it might be a problem communicating with them (i.e. where and when to meet) if they don't speak English? So I guess my question is, do most of these girls speak a basic level of English?

You won't talk with them anyway, the hotel res phone numbers will be their agents, and that is hit / miss too, but don't give up, it is worth the effort.
