Having struck out through Dianping, I decided to try something new via Telegram.   

I found a group called 上海修车频道测评 （shanghai xiuche pindao ceping) which has listings from several massage parlours, and settled on one in Putuo District near Changshou Road Station (Line 7).   After connecting through Telegram, I was directed to this address, ChangshouLu No. 457.   There is no storefront, so you cannot just walk in without connecting with someone at the parlour in advance.
After arriving, I notified the staff via Telegram and someone came outside to meet me, take me through a hallway and up an elevator and then through another hallway.

Based on the description on Telegram, it is pretty clear what is available -- 60 min massage + HJ.   My masseuse came in the room and I was pleased -- nice face, nice body.   After shower (alone), I lay on the bed for a massage and catlick.   Massage was okay -- she made some effort to make it seem legit.   Then we went for the flip where she did a lot of sensual touching and nipple licking before starting on the handjob along with some fake moans.  Groping was allowed, and she also took off her top for easier access, but no groping of little sister.  Finished on her chest.   During the session, I inquired if FS is on tap and she said no, this place is strictly HJ.

Warning to my fellow bros out here. There has been intense crackdown from the authorities that join these TG groups and finding out the locations to bust people's ass. Once they bust a place, the WG as well as the chads that get busted in action turn their phones over, and the police use their accounts to pretend that these shops have not been infiltrated. Happened to my deer friend once. Beware!

They cant as its illegal for chinese to use a vpn. How would the police get onto telegram? they will be blocked with 404 network messages lol

I have warned you. I am a Chinese national and it's been a well known that the police do have access to the VPN and use them for the purpose of crackdown.

Ofcourse they never publicly acknowledge it, but for gods sake. It's a criminal investigation sting operation.
