Oh bro, first your question should be in the mongering section. Second, google guest friendly hotels in Manila and you'll get a plethora of results and it also depends in which area of Manila will you be staying.

Stayed at a bunch, never had issue with visitors. Some places make you sign them in and call you when they leave. Very good service.
