[USA][CA][Bay Area] Providing references to k-orgs

Just starting out in this hobby was wondering if someone could help me out with a newbie question.

When a k-org asks for a reference, is it a specific girl they are looking for or just the org? So if the latter, seeing multiple girls at the same org would only count as 1 reference?

Which k-orgs are open to providing a reference and do you need to be a long time customer or just having screened and used them a few times good enough? I've seen LSC won't provide a reference and i've heard mixed messages on PC with some threads suggesting this was a good on-ramp and others saying they don't provide references. What about the others?

Type 1: Some of the orgs in the bay area won't accept any references when getting verified, like LSC. They will require ID/work badge/paystub, or something equivalent to be seen by them. They say they destroy everything once you're verified but who really knows. Always a gamble that you have to play if you're interested in offering up that info for the variety/quality they have. LSC is the only one that I'm aware of that won't give out references, others will have to give you info if there are more.

Type 2: The orgs that do take references, they generally will only consider 1 other org a reference, no matter how many girls you have seen there. So if they require 2 references you would generally need to see 2 different orgs. They will also give a reference when asked, and as long as you have seen them within the last 6 months, pretty sure they will vouch for you. Anything past that and most orgs won't accept that as a reference.

Type 3: There are other orgs that just won't require anything depending on what age/race, they are generally C-orgs or motels orgs. When I saw PC like 4 years ago they don't require me to give any references or ID.

Honestly, your best bet is to just ask each org when you find one you're interested in, most will fall somewhere between Type2/Type3

You should always try to get away with redacting your PII when you send them ID / paystubs / etc.  I’m super nervous about sharing PII and always ask if its OK to redact employer name / payroll ID / home address / work address / etc.  So far I have been successful in NOT giving them anything that can be used to trace back to identify me as an individual at home or work, so its worth trying to regotiate the amount of PII you share if thats important to you
