I have been lurking on this site for a few days and have been reading reviews on the Bay Area forum and I have to say a lot of this intrigues me. The better part of me is saying to not get into this as this will be an expensive endeavor and also the obvious health issues. The darker side of me is kind of pushing me to try it once in my life and be done with it. For now I will be on the side line observing and reading but for future references

1. What made you take the leap to try out this hobby for the first time?
2. Any first time advices for a potential newcomer? I have been reading about LSC Elise and LKS Ha Yun and those reviews do get me excited lol.

     being little Shy is fine. but try to understand red flags by reading the forum. as a newcomer i recommend well reviewed org and girl. i personally visited Ha Yun and she is an angel. PO is also good. there might be some light verification. Always be safe. you take care of the girls and they will take care of you.

-Don't be nervous. Don't expect the stars and the moon. It won't always be amazing, but sometimes it is!
and what i mean by that last bit is... sometimes you'll see a girl that the reality doesn't match the expectations.
Do your research, read reviews, and most importantly... KNOW what you want. It will make the reviews you read all that more useful.

Regarding health risks... you have those with civvies too.
Not to take away from this forum, but there are other resources online available to you as well.

I have a few buddies that knew about storefronts and another buddy that was a very serious monger either storefront or aamp (probably once a week or once every two weeks).  Initially, I started with storefronts where it was a cool 'after-party' after drinking and hanging out with my friends.  I graduated to aamp's because it is so much more discreet and booking an hour is so much more relaxing.

Definitely do your research to get an idea of what you want.  Spinner?  Big boobs?  Thicker vs slender?  Age?  Doing research will help you narrow down your choices.  Once you pull the trigger and book with a provider, make sure to be on time to your appointment.  It is natural to be a bit nervous your first time but if you take the time to clean up before your appointment and you are polite, you will put yourself in a position to hopefully have a good time.  YMMV always applies.

- Probably out of curiosity at the start. I seem to recall one of those little cards with a picture of a pretty woman on it and a phone number drawing me in ... yeah, they used to do that in the days before the internet. After that, hobbying came and went over the years. Some years more, some years dry.
- Over time, the quest for variety came about ... especially when travelling. My soft spot is to "dine local" and try out the local talent. Sometimes flying solo in a foreign place is a tough experience so would be great if you could find a trusted wingman (or wingwoman!) Call it hybrid vigor or heterosis. Call it outbreeding. I think that is one reason we have porn video for categories like white dick in black chicks, asian man white woman, black on brown, etc!
- Stress relief also comes into play. A session with a WL to me is no-muss no-fuss I know what I will get at the end of 30/60/90 minutes. No need to "set the scene" or "wine and dine" or "romance". Sure, I could resort to Hans Solo but it is always better when someone else prettier is doing the work.
- Last though. Sure, the reviews are mostly all pink champagne and rosy peaches. But once you dive in, be prepared for some dark moments and make sure you can handle it. About 10+ years ago amm Korean friend introduced me to the hobby after he found out I was simping over a average looking person. I was pretty broke, I would visit once/twice a month at most to keep my organs working properly. This hobby also helped me to focus on my career and that helped me become more stable financially. Cover everything. Tune your expectations. Work hard, play hard. Be gentle.

Regarding health issues:

Wear a condom. If u are very concerned: get a PEP prescription and take antibiotics a day before, during the day, and after the day. Have fun

1) I go way back with my first experiences happening as a teenager. I Started with AMPs, then some indie providers. Found the AAMP scene later.
It started somewhat innocently in that I wasn't looking for anything, just a massage. Then she started teasing and offered more. The rest as they say is history. Variety is what kept me coming back. That and a way to exercise various fantasies without fear of judgement. I've had a lot of good times over the years!

2. think about the level of risk you are comfortable with and act accordingly.  idk if you have a wife/family you need to keep this hidden from - if you do that increases the amount of care you need to take exponentially.  some things i do include

- have a separate phone/SIM.  do all mongering related activity on this phone.  nothing on your real phone or laptop, not even web browsing.  keep this phone powered off, dead battery (eg at the bottom of a junk drawer) when not actively organising a visit.  obviously, unique PIN code on this handset just in case.  

- Always VPN / incognito window / duckduckgo / etc

- do not buy a tesla or other always-connected car.  All it takes is for your wife to check where you are and… busted.

- think ahead, think about everything that could go wrong and have an excuse / cover story ready ahead of time

- figure out how to get cash without it showing up on the bank statement.  My plays are - Cashback at the supermarket.  Venmo debit card.

- use established, well reviewed providers / orgs.  finding randos on listcrawler or PD is asking for trouble imo.

- share as little PII during reviewing as possible, and only then with established revewed orgs or providers.  my red line is sharing anything that could be used to track back to me at home or work.  So - NO home address, NO work address, employer name, payroll ID, linkedin, etc.  If they demand any of that, its a hard NO from me, no matter how hot their girls are.  

- Learn to walk away if something feels off, no matter how horny you are.

- if your wife has an iPhone, get an android… and vice-versa.  Its easier to track your phone if you and the wife are in the same ecosystem

- make being away from home normal.  Join a gym, take up mountain biking, play pokemon go, whatever.  Make being not at home or work, alone, for 2+ hours at a time normal.

I have been out of this game in the last 6 years!
I initially started with AAMPs, they are the best orgs. K-girls are generally higher class than just regular ones if the scene is still the same as back then. I truly enjoyed their services. I also hear you about health issues. So be VERY conscious about what you do there. Regular check-up is for the peace of your mind. That being said, they keep themselves clean because otherwise how can they keep working if clients complain? I know some mongers will look for BBFS, and some girls WILL cater to those, but tbh, I don't want to play that game. Some girls will hint you whether you want it or not, and it is your right to refuse and play the safe game.
