Connecting with Bay Area agencies via non-US phone numbers

I am visiting Bay Area and want to take services of one of the agencies like cara angels or top-kgirls. They all need you to text them which I did with my interest. Since I am carrying my India number, they have not responded to my texts. Is there any alternate way to connect with them?

Just swing by at any best buy or target and get any prepaid phone. The operators won't doubt the number if they see a California area code.
