I had a 24 hr layover in Korea and really needed a massage after the long flight.  There are a ton of massage places nearby the hotel.  I get massages quite a lot and in my experience in Korea, 50% will offer HE and 25% will offer FS.  Typically prices are 50k HJ and 100k FS on top of the usual 50-70k massage price.  There are a few massage places that offer massage + HE for 80k KRW but the lady will be older around 40-50+ but they give great massages and tease your nether regions like a pro.

It's about 3:30AM and I can't sleep bc my body is too stiff so I go walk around and find a massage place that seemed open.  I walk in and pay the lady at the front and she speaks chinese to a lady to come massage me.  I chose the oil massage.  It's called aromatherapy massage if you use google translate.  This is what you need to ask for to indicate you want a HE if they offer the service there.  

I'm laying naked on the table underneath the sheet and the lady walks in.  She looks pretty good/young relative to the multitude of older women I've had give me massages in Korea.  She starts to give me a really great massage and I'm feeling totally relaxed.  She isn't shy about my arms/hands brushing up against her legs and seems to keep her legs touching me whenever she can.  She asks me to flip and she's does another great job massaging my groin and legs.  At the end of the massage, she asks me I want a HE and says it's 50k KRW.  I said sure and I grab my wallet and give her the 50k cash and off she goes.  My hands start roaming all over her juicy ass and tits and I exploded into her hands after a little while.  She wipes me clean and leaves the room.  I put on my clothes and the no one is at the counter as I'm leaving(nice touch haha).

I might repeat but with so many different offerings that Korea has, I'm too curious to stick to one spot for now.  There's also a korean website that lists ads for incalls, outcalls, massage, kiss bang, room salon, room salons with extras included, and the infamous anmas.  PM if you want info.

Your map is spot on.  The name of the place is Rock Massage.  It's on the 4th floor above the KT store.  However, there was a sign on the door today sayind closed for personal reasons/business.  Not sure when they will open back up.  However, like you said, there are plenty of other places nearby.

When I was there a few years ago I was staying 1 day transit hotel.  I would walk to one MP, then Grab a bite and go to another, Then Go back To hotel and try to find girl on kktalk to come to my hotel but it was too short noticed. then back to the first MP.
