I think of queefs as follows...

You are fucking the girl (ideally imho, raw).  at some point ideally she generates love juice (or less optimally, uses artificial lubricant).

At this time her pussy is either tight or at least not loose.

After a while, she becomes more aroused.  In this state, her pussy expands on the inside.

On the outstroke, as your dick exits the expanded vagina, the love juice forms a seal between the dick ant the vagina, resulting in lowered air pressure in the vagina.  at a certain point in the outstroke, the air pressure outside overcomes the love juice seal.   air is sucked in (actually pushed in), causing a queef sound.

On the instroke, your dick enters the expanded vagina.  Much air is already in the vagina.  The air is compressed by your dick, but the love juice forms a seal between the vagina and the dick.  air pressure builds until it overcomes the love juice seal, and escapes resulting in a queef sound.

To recap, the preconditions (based on my observations) are:

* heightened arousal of the female primary genitalia including enlarged vagina cavity
* production of female love juice or generous application of lubricant
* vigorous stroking by the male penis in and out of the vaginal cavity
* the outer circumference of the penis should be roughly equal to the circumference of the entrance of the vagina (added by review)

I am no expert and so this is just my conjecture based on my own experience.

a relatively recent experience caused me to revisit this topic.

when i was with San Jose SPM Korean bubbles, and doing her in mish position exclusively, i was surprised to hear a repeated sound accompanied by the passage of air bubbles longitudinally along the length of my LB which was pistoning bubbles' LS.

At first I thought it was queffing but after a few seconds the noise remained which was atypical of queefing in my experience, and also had never happened to me before while in mish position, and i gradually came to realize that it was actally just a squeaky bed spring(!)

Anyways, the larger point i wanted to make is that I always experience queefing while in doggie position, and specifically, in what i believe is called rear admiral position, also known as standing frog position (see illustration attached).  I suspect that this position is likely to produce more queefing noises because of a combination of factors, specifically (1) the alignment of the vagina on cross section of a woman's body is front to rear, considered from the entrance of the vagina to the entrance of the uterus, which in turn aligns optimally with a fully erect LB, augmenting pistoning; and (2) pistoning is furthermore augmented by full penetration at the deepest part of the in-stroke, optimizing compression of any trapped air.  note that this might not be totally unique to rear admiral / standing frog position, but also possible in other similar positions.
