Figured I’d share the intel I gathered when prepping for my trip to Tokyo.

First, it was timely that @mr_tux asked about Tokyo in this thread:

For my interests, Tokyo has 2 main choices - Soaplands & Agencies.

Now, the thing to keep in mind is that not all places accept foreigners, so even if you fid a place you like, it doesn’t mean that they’ll let you know if you aren’t Japanese or speak Japanese. My list below is mostly comprised of places that accept foreigners.

First, although not a comprehensive list, I did a google map of the area that has a high concentration of Soaplands.

Some that are reported as being foreigner friendly are:

The first two (Versaille & Y Shirt) have recent reports on this board verifying them as being foreigner friendly and overall the reports are positive. If you use the google maps link above, you can switch to street view and actually look around to familiarize yourself with the area a bit.

The thing to note about Soaplands is that although it is illegal to sell / pay for vaginal intercourse in Japan, Soaplands have some loophole that enables them to do so. So if you’re looking for guaranteed FS, soaplands are a safe bet.

The trouble for me with those Soaplands is that they were a little far away from where I was staying (~30 minute by car). I do regret not at least going to that area one night to check it out. That will be my first thing next time I’m in town.

I was staying in Shinagawa, which is south, closer to Haneda airport. I did find a Soapland that was close to my hotel, and I was able to get in as an English speaking Gaijin (Japanese word for foreigner), but I was limited to what girls were available to me.

If you want to go, just call and ask if they speak English (英語を話せますか / Eigo o hanasemasu ka) and they will pass you on to a guy there that does.

I got some good intel from Dr.A that this area is also home to some Chinese brothels and there will be girls that will approach you on the street. I did see a few girls wandering around when I went and there are several love hotels in the area. Of course, as he mentioned, the risk for scams are also higher with street walkers. I stuck to the soapland.

The other major type of action are “Health Delivery Services”, basically escort agencies, either incall or outcall… where you can get a HJ or BJ and it’s perfectly legal. Some of the girls will provide FS for an extra tip (10 000 to 20 000 JPY), with some it’s included. Of course, YMMV, not all girls do it and not all girls charge the same. With AsianMystique it seems that FS was included, my girl didn’t ask for additional money, which is consistent with reports that I’ve read.

I used two agencies when I was there, and they are widely reported on here and on other boards:

The first one, AM, has a smaller selection of women, the price point is a little lower, but my experience was pretty darn great and I’ve never really read anything bad. My perception was that the women here were older, but the girl I was only late 20’s.

The second, THC, has a much larger and diverse section of women and the prices can range from the low to mid 20000 JPY all the way up to 50000+ pretty quickly. As with most Delivery Health places, like THC, the basic service is HJ or BJ, and everything else is extra… e.g, CIM is 3000 JPY, facial is 5000 JPY, etc. There are a bunch of options you can choose from, just keep in mind that not all girls do all the things listed. I requested a picture of Lola from THC (1000 JPY extra), but she doesn’t allow them.

I tried repeatedly to get in to this place, but no luck. I called, emailed, and even filled out the online booking request form, but no luck. The third time I called, the guy just hung up on me. I took that as a sign. The place is super expensive, when you add the Gaijin tax, but I did see some favorable reports. I’m surprised I couldn’t get in, because I did see reports of non-Japanese speakers getting in. Oh well, I had some great sessions at THC & AM.


My suggestion is that you search for Tokyo on this board and you’ll see a lot of reports.

If you guys search on YouTube. Search for Tachinbo, Okubo hospital, red light,  Tokyo….
It will show you videos of guys picking up and striking deals minus the agencies.  

It would be my plan to book a hotel very nearby so I can bring back to hotel or if you want follow them to a Love Hotel.  It would be Shinjuku Kabukicho. It would be in the middle of red light district.  We need more intel on this.  More and more J Salary man are on a budget and they are foregoing the hostess clubs and agencies.

There is no standard rate for an option of FS. It really depends on the types of shop. For example the extra fee of FS for a delivery health is different from that of a JK Refle and Men esthe because the latter two have less amount of service in their standard packages. Thus the girls worked in the latter two may ask for more money for FS.

When you looks for information in the internet, you should search for the following two key slang words:
(1) 基盤 = fs is available without any extra fee
(2) 円盤 = fs is available with extra fee
