I've been in simiilar situation and it's very lonely out at the the airport hotel. That's why I always stay in TST, or Macau when I stopover.
Put your self in the other side, why would you risk sending a WG on the long return trip out to the airport on the hope the punter will honour the "deal". The rip-off escort agencies may oblige but it is expensive and it's very doubtful you will get a 141 hotel honey.
Without a track record, or connections I doubt you will get a WG back to your hotel in TST either if you are checking in so late .... like after 11:00pm. (I have had no shows). A sauna or 141 walkup may be the go. Better still, organise your trip to have a mutiple night layover.
