Supplements

Anyone have luck with any supplements? Saw https://thunders.place/male-supp ... -load-increase.html mentioned on another website. They suggest:
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

None of the supplements they recommend seem dangerous in the dosage and nothing is that expensive. Does anyone have any experience with them? Looking for something that will improve the experience.

L-Arginine is largely broken down during digestion/absorption, so I use L-Citrulline 1000 to 2000 mg per day to get the Arginine into my bloodstream.  You can read about how the body converts between the two.

I don't use the others, as I'm more concerned with erections (I'm 73) than with semen volume.

After more research, I've started taking Zinc and Lecithin daily. Planning on giving it a week or so to see how it works.

I have nothing against old people, but at 73, you probably should be more concerned about dementia and heart disease, and your hobby should probably be gardening rather than banging WGs who are young enough to be your grandchildren.
