I don't read or speak Thai but I was able to use Fiwfans pretty well after some research. Booking was fuss free via LINE and I even changed the time last minute without much issues (but this would likely depend on the girl / agency). This was my second monger, first BKK monger, and first Fiwfans too, so I was pretty nervous.

- Beware of fake reviews - I've seen reports from fellow mongers of unauthorized photo usage on reviews they didn't write. I feel English reviews would be more authentic (fake reviews would be in Thai, I think).
- Always add the WG's LINE quickly because
(a) some girls that censor their face will show the full face in their LINE intro message (although they will still be photoshopped!), and
(b) sometimes the girl will temporarily disable their Fiwfans profile (see below), but LINE may still be active and you can still enquire for availability.
- Some girls only allow booking on the day itself, some girls allow a few days in advance.
- Use the "Favourite" button (the heart shape) on the website to add multiple girls for keeping track. You can view your favourites by hovering to top right's Profile icon and selecting the first option. Girls on the platform frequently and regularly disable their Fiwfans profiles, likely due to (a) period, (b) day off, (c) change job. Good to have your options open.
- For those living in central Bangkok area, you can use the quick filter below the main search box (those with many red location icons) - the first is Sukhumvit area, the fifth is Ratchada area. Both should be easily reachable by bike within half an hour (I stayed at Siam area).
- To search more specifically, use the advanced search option (top row search bar).
- The second text box from the top is for searching within WGs' descriptions. Good for keywords like specific services, or English (though there isn't many results when you search for "English").
- Use the dropdown boxes to filter by area. Google Translate is your best friend here 
- Respect the girls

Mai-chan is super conveniently accessible from Asok MRT, 5 mins walk, you won't miss it by the large pink signboard. (Side note: I personally found taking bike via the Bolt app to be much more convenient and at similar price range. My 4 stops train was 32 baht, and my Bolt bike straight back to my hotel was 42 baht.)
