Following my map, i went up the stairs and found this place. It is a "spa" and when you go inside, it does seem a bit sketchy and rundown. I was just wandering around and remembered about this place so i walked up and i went with the one who opened the door for me.  I believe theres about 5 wgs there so if you speak mandarin, you can probably walk-up and choose whoevers available.

Walked up here yesterday after work. Can confirm that it's a walkup where you can choose. Place was a little filthy when I visited - food lying on the tables and on the floor, but the girls looked decent. Too bad the rooms were all occupied when I visited. Will have to give it another guy next time.
