Unable to post in Rest of the World

As the subject suggests, I don't seem to see the button/have the ability to post in that forum.

I'm new (like literally newly registered).

I've been jumping around the forum, trying to learning what I can (with both the scoring system and what not), and I don't seem to understand the requirement to post a new thread in Rest of the World.

Any help would be well appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!

I think you need to post in Newbie reports the section until you earn enough karma to post in the other review sections. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong
