This is NOT a new Report, just a reposting in the proper section and adding some update.
On 27/9/2021 I posted my report as a Nookie Newbie on BO BO (she was then B0 B0 ).
Thanks to your kind feedback, I have been upgraded to Musky Member. I thank you for this.
As some senior members do not probably waste their time checking the Newbie section, I reposted here.

Repeat: Yes, addicted. I see her and Jasmine alternatively, every 2 weeks or every week.
They are different and different for me, but complete each other very well.
Now BO BO is nicely settled in Mimi's room (in Shenzhen) even added a painting on a wall.
I asked her about adding some pictures of hers on the walls with thumbtacks.
Reply: "Once, a guest is inside my room, there is no need for pictures. I am here!"
Bingo. She has built some confidence! (The walls of her previous rooms were badly damaged so pictures of hers would have been nice. Not need here).
THE DOOR of A2 5F with her very nice picture has clearly helped.
Last time I spent several hours with her, the monitors for the cameras outside were showing substantial "demand" and not exactly tramp-like.
Good news for her.
She is more confident but still adorable with her amazing smile and dimples...even when (unexpectedly nearby) I woke her up at 10:30am a morning (I was feeling bad).
5 mn to adjust and a sleepy BO BO dragged out of her bed was as adorable as usual.
So cool, relax, funny and ready for action. Very easy going lady.
About “Sleeping Bunny BO BO” (she wakes up LATE …UNLESS AN APPOINTMENT is booked the day before
), there is a rather simple explanation:
She works LATE! 5F Flat A does NOT have a door
(unlike Flat H, where she was before July),
so when doors of other flats are closed and “live-out” girls have packed,
guys on 5F, when they see the picture on a door, are likely to knock at her door…and sometimes closes shop at 2am or later.
She has additional nice work clothes and realized that she was looking good in red.
Obviously more upgrade projects in mind. She does listen to comments, so please give her your feedback; she can do better, much better.
She was simply an overlooked gem.
(Her status on 5F has clearly gone up. Going out with her one day, in the staircase, a serious 5F figure (that I know) reporting for work was very nice to her (She would have ignored her before).
ONE VERY IMPORTANT WARNING:
If
you are 1.90m or taller (even for +1.80m I have doubts), don't even visit her! 
You will NOT fit in the bed (Mimi's bed).
While Mimi is perfectly nice (I spent some time with the pair this summer), she is not... tall (while very nice and acknowledging BO BO’s status with me)...and so is the short bed
.
Still 3 out of 4 Phoenix elevators are out of order (as of 13/11/2021) for 4 weeks already because of the typhoons/floods
=> so to go to 5F, please take the lift to 8F and walk down the staircase.
There are water bottles in BO BO's fridge as a reward.
