One testicle bigger than the other...

My left testicle is much bigger/swollen than my right one.. to the extent of it's pulling my dick towards the left side when flacid.
so when i pee, everything goes 45 degree left...

I believe that both mine are similar in size, at least its not causing any 'problems' while peeing...so I voted for 'same size'

My left is larger then my right...but that is probably due to the fact that I had an operation on the right nut when I was younger.

hmm ...not sure what to make of the current results... at least the topic made me curious and I googled for it and found this

"... one of our testicles is always a bit smaller than the other. It helps with protecting them when we do physical activity or even in sitting. Allows them to be positioned sorta in an upper/lower configuration so they don't rub or "bang" together too much.

Makes sense to me - however I cannot really find that much of a size difference in mine...

An interesting analysis, but I think it has much to do with everything else with your body - nothing is symmetrical ... just like your face (one ear is higher than the other, one nostril may be more elevated, etc).
