Nice detective work prince! Looks like it could be the same girl although the age estimate doesn’t really marry up - she was estimated as 30s in the linked report and that was 10 years ago!

I did pop by this building a couple of weeks ago but there was no girl occupying C1 ( the girl in C2 told me so after I had said no thanks to her). Anyway, if anyone is able to verify she is still there I may try checking again - or even better if someone has her contact and is willing to PM me her details!

Gents - did some reconnaissance this afternoon (around 13:30) and, again, no sign on the door so I thought I would try my luck and just pressed the doorbell anyway. Again, her neighbour in C2 came out and told me there is no one in the room

I've been up and found her, and can confirm everything that has been said above. I even saw the bikini top from those pics.

On the one hand, she's quite average looking, but she's totally my kind of average. She looks like one of the mom's waiting to pick up their kids from Japanese kindergarten. Not AV mom, just below average height mom with a nice smile and huge rack.

I rang the doorbell anyway half expecting it to not be her, and then saw her wearing the bikini top from the photo. Once in, I asked her name and she told me Siu Man, but I'm not sure if it said it on the door.

I tried her recently. So a few things that maybe I misinterpreted from above or just to add info so your expectations are a bit more close to reality.

1. She is overweight. She has a belly.
It's not gross or anything like that, but from the photos I saw and when she opened the door with the skirt worn high, it wasn't as noticeable. But when she took it off, I was a bit surprised. I didn't expect her to be slim, but she had more of a belly than I expected.

2. I would put her at late 30s, but age is always hard to tell.

3. Little to no English, but she's friendly, jovial and does put you at ease. Even when she gave the classic lines, like "you're so big" and things like that, they weren't annoying as they sometimes can be.
