Do hong kong prostitutes undergo mandatory health checks?

Hi any kind fellow could help a foreigner out here?

i am from a country where prostituition is legal and the ladies go for monthly health checks as mandated by the government. i am about to go to hong kong and am wondering if 1.calling a prostitute is legal 2.The prostutites undergo mandatory health checks?

from what i gather on the internet it seems calling a prostitute is not an offence in hong kong but they do not undergo health checks

Prostitution is not licensed in Hong Kong. Doubt there is a mandatory health check. Better to use your nose.

With the reputation of China for dodgy clinics, wouldn't they more likely to catch something up there and pass it onto a bro?

iv always found chinese working girls to be the most cautious, when servicing me!

whether they check is another thing, but they are quite educated in this department!
