Haven't been posting a lot but Shanghai has been tough to find a good provider and Cecilia is one that never fails. She is well reviewed in recent months and people are reviewing her on MR more and more. Cecilia does not look like she works in the biz, she knows how to dress hence at times does not make her look like she is 30 (check out her photos).

Setting up a time and date is easy (wechat) but know once you delete her wechat you can't add her anymore. Her place is a little out there for me hence i try to book longer hours when I see her so the trip is more worth it. She does live in a compound community, it was checking people coming in due to COVID-19 but last time i was there they just waived me off.

Definitely more of a GFE than a PSE, she will treat you like a bf. Won't go to detail on the service but just think about how a lovey dovey girlfriend will treat you. My regret until now is to miss her 3some session with her friend Kelly that use to be in Shanghai. She did say she is open to 3some with other girls but given the scene in Shanghai there isn't any good ladies i think can match with her.

Unfortunately she is probably the only good provider around unless you can dwell into the local scene which is hard to tap into. I do have colleagues that shared some info but they are much much more expensive and very mechanical. Communication is key and most of the local girls (unless you shower them with gifts) does not give you the same attention and service.

I have booked and delayed Shanghai a few times now, planning on going after CNY. I checked the other site and made a note of her and a couple of others ... now I keep seeing her reports lol

I have never been to Shanghai, I have heard a lot about Manhatten bar but not Judys..

A couple of friends have recommended the place to me. I had a list of 2/3 girls from the site, one a massage girl and Cecilia. 1.5K to high IMHO.

Manhatten is a great place, I do visit 2-3 each year for the last 8-9 years or so.
However this year, with the pandemic, most of the girls are Chinese now, as the Vietnam / Cambodia /Thai girls can't come back at the moment.
The Chinese girl almost all of them have had plastic surgery, issue it looks like it's done by the same doctor ... and not a real professional one ;)

It looks like an out of space alien play garden ;), but still, it is so much fun there, just have a look for a girl with less plastic fillers

Yep- it’s working but as someone mentioned with very less girls..I m nit sure what time you visit as only by 11pm, wg starts coming in... But now scenario is very less G’s than usual...
