Neptune's 3 has been closed for over a month now, and I heard HK Cafee is already bankrupt too. Rents are too high for the meager profits. Let's hope some landlords will wave the rent. Most bars are empty on weekdays. On Sunday afternoons only half the men and half the helpers there. Many helpers not allowed out.
