In fact, there has never been a single recorded case of discordant (+ve with -ve) lesbian couples transmitting the infection. So anything a lesbian does is safe, incl sharing toys btw. For HIV, use a condom and you'e 100%. If you have a failure (break or slips off), then go straight to a clinic for PEP meds. You'll have a rough month, but you'll be safe if you start meds within 48 hours (the sooner the better).
