I liken it to buffets in Hong Kong, for those that like food. All large and many medium sized hotels have three buffets a day. The larger ones have late night desert buffets and afternoon tea buffets. Assume that this averages out to 3.8 different daily buffets per hotel. There are probably some 40 hotels in Hong Kong. So if you ate one meal a day at a buffet, it would take you approx. 160 days to eat your way through sampling all the buffets in Hong Kong. With WGs, between the 141’s, saunas, brothels, and the high end KTVs and of course all the action in Macau which is available, you could go every day sampling something and I estimate it would take more than a few YEARS to get though them all. But don't expect it cheap. Someone nice will be about £150+ per hour. The prices I wrote for Manchester are for young Gwai Muis. Some hot and some not so hot. But you don't have to have mutton if you are willing to wait for lamb
