USS Kittyhawk!

"HONG KONG (Reuters) - China has refused permission for a U.S. aircraft carrier and accompanying vessels to visit Hong Kong for a long-planned Thanksgiving holiday visit, the U.S. State Department said on Wednesday.

The Kitty Hawk group and its crew of 8,000 U.S. airmen and sailors had been expected in Hong Kong on Wednesday, but will now spend the holiday on the South China Sea"

The girls will be unhappy (and available!)

China changed it's mind and said the sailors could land in HK. But it was too late and the ships had already sailed.

I bet they have waited for the ship to sail away before 'changing their mind'.

According to the south china morning post

china is pissed off at the U.S. for their intention to sell arms to taiwan.so rather than just upset the U.S. they "delayed" the decision and then said sorry ....Mmm !
also said a bar owner in Wanchai was pissed , because he would have made $hk 2 million !!!  entertaining the sailors ....
SHAME !  fleecing the sailors from their hard earned more like !
I work in Wanchai area and the place is Swarming with girls without customers at the moment
Imagine you will get a cheap deal tonight and the weekend as they want to make some money after coming in to meet the fleet that didn,t arrive !

This reminds me of a children's cartoon, called Captain Pugwash, that used to be on English TV years ago. It was about pirate ship
and two of the crew menbers were called 'Master Bates' and 'Seaman Staines'.     When the BBC realised, they pulled it off
the air.

Now that the Navy isn't coming, maybe the Wanchai bars will finally welcome Chinese customers.

Yea, not only the bars can benefit from the sailor's business. Imagine what else they would spend their money on,  hotel rooms they would stay at, the food and drink, the taxi ride, souvenir and gift, other consumer products, and the condoms they would have used!
