Well, good for dancing, I think The Dip is just ok, HipHop/R&B music, lots of young ppl (uni/ college),but the place is too small. Or Solar, different areas different music, all the local stars go here, so its not 100% sure you can get in. Went there twice cause my friend knew the manager there. I usually start at California for a drink, when its packed there are lots of hot women to talk to, but the DJ sucks ass.

Most people need a little help from friends to be certain of reciprocal interest What has annoyed me about local hk girls is that they do seem to put more emphasis on 'status', wealth, job, etc... and have preconceived notions that the man must make all the moves (chase her, make all the decisions..) I guess I'm not so traditional in that sense. If they want me to put myself out like that they better be SMOKIN' HOT - I haven't met any local women of that calibre yet. Man is supposed to put meal on the table and woman is supposed to stay home and be a domestic engineer. However, that's not possible in some area with high living standard, such as New York and California. Both partners need to bring a paycheck home in order to survive. HK girls expect more than you courting her and making all the decisions. You pretty much have to become their personal assistance. When I was in HK, I have seen so many guys using their Octopus AND their gfs' for the mini van (actually they aren't mini at all). I am like... damn!
