How to move up from newbee

Can any one tell me  how to move up from a newbee and become member, Also  i want to read the 10 above access reports. Been a aroung for awhile now. Thanks in advance.

yes, you have to pay your dues.  go out, punt, and report.  

Your assignment: go and find the best 5 hotel gals, go "pussycrazy" on them and write a 1000 word report on each.  then you will be upgraded to "Member" or higher.
