Also, I try to maximize my chance of getting DFK by ensuring that I brush my teeth thoroughly and with mouth wash no earlier than 2 hours before the session. Also drink lots of water to keep the mouth moist and fresh. I'd imagine that a lot of WGs have refused DFKs because of bad breath and I don't want to be one of them.
