My heart says England (have to be patriotic)!!! However, got a strong feeling it would be Spain, if they get all their players fit for the finals. Spain has been playing consistent football throughout the world cup. That's why they have reached the semi's and perhaps may even become world champions. That's how the rankings have determined them (from previous record) to be at the top of the official best ranked teams tables.
