your best bet is craigslist.  You can get a hotel room and get a few WGs to come over.  There really isn't a KTV experience that I'm aware of in NYC.  I have also had friends get girls on adultfriendfinder.com.

I heard aff.com is really really bad. The quality of girls is the complete opposite of the girls you see on their ads;; Not a direct user, but spoke to a friend who used it.

There are good and bad in all kinds.       Some FJ girls are like models and others are like yikes.   Your best bet is in the chinese local NY newspaper  sing tao or world journal. But even with that you can't really tell if they are fj until they speak their native language because most fj girls speak mandrin and cantonese too. I heard that there are some fj girls work in the ktv in flushing on linden blvd.  maybe worth a check,
