Not sure what premier account is =0  Bank of America and Wells Fargo are pretty popular in the US.

oh well, i have been a customer of Hang Seng Bank since i was 6
and now i am in my late 20s.

and i have a few other credit cards from other banks, i realise that HS bank has a pretty good online banking system
HSBC is good too but you need that black thing to log in.

very annoying....

No complaints since I do the majority of my banking with them through the internet or phone... Although the few times I have been to their Premier Centers, the wait is way too long with these little old ladies who look like they just came from the wet market hogging all the seats!

I like them OK, but zeroz is right - i think they have attracted some people to the Premier Centers with their recent ad campaign who like to come for the aircon and the biscuits.  I watched one old lady load up her plate with all the biscuits!

Guess she was a 141 girl in her youth!
