Sure thing...no problem.  When you do decide to get vitamin, which do not require a prescription from you doctor, you can get multi-vitamins or a more concentrated Vitamin E intensive supplement.  Vitamin E also known as pyridoxine is a known derivative from certain green vegetables that has properties in increasing penile blood flow as well as some inhibitory effect on phosphodiesterase, an action much similar to viagra.

I would argue that all non-prescription vitamin supplements will do minimal for your libido.  Naturopathic and homeopathic medicine is an area where the evidence base is very weak, and practise is based mostly on anecdotal or sometimes even frank fraudulaentexperience / evidence.

Not quite understand your last part of reply. Do you mean that it's doubt that the non prescription supplements being sold in the market would actually have the effect they are claimed to have?

I think I quite believe with your first part that, as I said before, aging is a natural phenomenon whereby the effect of which couldn't be rectified by merely through those normal daily diet or ordinary health supplements taken.

I agree that more evidenc based medicine should be implemented with natural/homeopathic remedies.  However, a lack of evidence does not mean an evidence of lacking.  It's fairly easy to compare populations who too and who didn't take a certainly supplement via retrospective studies.  However, a truly comprehensive study that takes account of all contributing factors such as living condition, environment, weather, culture, socio-economic stratus, would require a randomized study, which is exceedingly difficulty to conduct given cross cultural differences.

In the bodybuilding world they have similar requirements.

I've tried this stuff before and noticed more frequent boners,

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tribulus_terrestris

QUOTE:
Animal studies in rats, rabbits and primates have demonstrated that administration of Tribulus terrestris extract can produce statistically significant increases in levels of testosterone,

Also Zinc and Magnesium play a role (mostly the former) in test production and you get ZMA supplements for that. That is both in one pill.

Possibly fish oil too as the fats are an ingredient in test production.

I believe Tribulus is found in some of those chinese aphrodeciac pills but I think you need ongoing supplementation for the effect to occur. Don't expect one dose to give you an immediate testosterone boost.

Other than that you can actually get testosterone supplementation. Patches are available now if you don't like needles. That's the ulimate boost.

I've also heard of a rub on ointment that you can buy at the drug stores which allows you to last a good 2 hours with your penis fully stiff.  My friend brought it to Vietnam during his trip and he tells me he's hard for a full 2 hours.  Though the bad part is that your penis is very sore afterward.

Well, if that's the case, to me the cure
would be worse than the problem!

I was diagnosed with high blood pressure some 8 years ago though it is now well under control thanks to the medication I take. A side effect is that after a couple of drinks, I need some chemical assistance if I want any action - hence my need to take Cialis on a regular basis. Actually, I buy a generic form, which is cheaper but with a shorter effective period.

In addition, I have thin cartilage in my knees and take another pill for that. The doctor recommended swimming and cycling but ruled out walking, especially up stairs. Cycling is extremely dangerous here but fortunately, there is a good sized pool where I live so I try to swim for 40 - 50 minutes 4 or 5 times a week.

Bro Sik,

Consider Acupuncture.  Worked for me. I went due a pulled muscle and didn't want the 3 scripts my GP wanted to give me; muscle relaxer, anti-inflammatory, and pain killer.  Worked great and the side effect was ranging wood and morning wood every morning for the following week.  Went to the follow up session and told the doc and he smiled and told me if he adds a few more needles, will improve things.  He was right.  I now go two sessions (a few days apart) every three months.  Haven't needed anything since.  Been 4 years now...

The needles are placed in the abdomen and is pain free, just a bit ticklish...

Just sharing my experience. PM if you want more details..
