#1 Post at 2-2-2010 16:16  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Checking who gave you acceptance/karma's Hey all, just wondering if any bro's out there might know if there is a way to actually check who gave or took away your acceptance/karmas without actually searching out the original post where it came from? its just nice to see what comments/posts actually caused a reaction to neg or pos a karma/acceptance sometimes. for instance, would i be able to find that summarized somewhere, such as in 'My activities' or anywhere similar that can quickly and easily refer me to where the original post actually is? i've done a search and couldn't find anything. so, hoping one of u guys can inform me whether there is an easier way to know the origin of these changes in karma/acceptance? edit - or if there even is an easier way to track these down? But one mod said when someone gives you pos or neg k's or a's, a message should be sent to you. sometimes I get the message sometimes I dont so dont really know what's up with that

I think most raters either miss the box or are too lazy to check it every time. Is there any way to have the box checked by default and the rater can decide to remove the check if he wants to?

I strongly agree with you comments. This has happened to a few members already. It is not fair when ONE member takes 20 to 30 pts away for disagreeing with your comments. But on the few occasions that I have, I'm embarrassed to say I never noticed that check box. I think that image needs to be put in a sticky somewhere if the move to have people send a PM when awarding As and Ks is to take hold.

#14 Post at 4-2-2010 11:19  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #13 cbd's post this was exactly why i asked the question. after replying a thread that will remain unnamed, i noticed the next day that i was subtracted a lot of A's. of course i reply more than one thread on any given day, i had to go back and peruse through all the threads i had been active in, searching through the posts in order to find the origin of what may have caused such mayhem. so, this is purely for future reference so that it would be easier for us to see which originating post caused the problem. i think thats fair.
