First post so excuse if I'm using this wrong. Hitting HK next Sat night for 2 x nights, staying at Holiday Inn Kowloon, (Hari's Bar?). What is the reccomendation, get a girl from 141 or from the bar, how does pricing compare for the two options?

Also wanna pick up some Cialis when there, can someone give a HK newbie simple directions from Golden Mile how/where to get some?

As Finn says, unless you're looking for the thrill of the chase, you'll have a lot more fun heading straight out for a 141.  MUCH more bangs for your buck, probably 3 girls for what a bar girl will cost you (plus drinks and lost time).  

If you've got the cash, how about visiting a couple of walkups, then heading for the bar to try your skills for an overnight?

I paid $1000 HKD for 3 hours but she would have stayed overnight if I requested.  This included multiple shots.  I think for a 141 girl, it would be a bit less, but only for 1 hour (not sure about multiple shots).  If you include the cost of beer then I guess the price can be double of a typical 141 girl but I like the trill of the hunt and the possibility of longer sessions - overnight with 141 girls seem to be very expensive.  

I'd recommend that you do both.  Hit the 141s during the afternoon/early evening and then hit the bars late at night.  You may need the cialis to hit it this many times in a day but sorry, I don't know the situation on getting ED pills in HK.
