If it is hotel reservation, it will be a papasan answering. You tell him who you want, and he tells you where to go. Get there, he tells you room number and you go enjoy your meal. If it is phone reservation, it will be the girl (but usually you get a voice message). She tells you where to go. You get there, and you enjoy your meal. Q2. What you say to find the girl?
