From what I gather through the WGs in Macau, the can stay in Macau for a week and have to get out and re-enter. I suppose the same applies for HK just that it is through SZ instead of ZH? And Visa doesn't cost a bomb, just have to apply at the immigration at their province.

You think an average WG (working 5 years) can probably earn more than the average factory worker  in her lifetime in China. The good looking ones can probably earn two lifetimes the average factory worker. If they're smart, they will save every hard earned dollar for their future, open up a business or something since they're not gonna be doing this forever and as noted by D'art, this type of income for them is not sustainable. I read somewhere though that when you get into this business, no matter how hard you try to get out, you're always going to be involved in it someway.
