In my somewhat thorough emperical studies, having scored a free AsianFriendFinder account for 18 months a few years back and going through literally thousands of pictures, the most consistently beautiful women come from Guangxi, with Yunnan a close 2nd. A corollary, for some reason, the biggest titted girls for the most part seem to come from Sichuan.

Chengdu and Chongqing are also big cities in their own right with more than 10 million people. What else do you consider 'Big Cities" The Western part should be Tibet and Xinjiang. Please check you google map again to verify. I reiterate, I vote Sichuan because my wife's brother's wife is from Sichuan.
