I could go for more than 1 month if i want to.
But i would be masturbating a lot (without ejaculation).

How long you can go for also depends on your mental state. Sometimes you are really stressed and lonely and you just need some female connection. For me, I find it the hardest to do long runs if I am lonely.

Can you also do a poll on "How many days or weeks or month can you go without ejaculation?" It would be very interesting to see how many men ejaculate everyday and how many can go for longer time.

i think how long you can withstand the urge really depends on your lifestyle, if work is killing you everyday, i don't think you will have the mood and time and energy to do it, thus so far for me, abstinence has been quite a long time..
