I always thought some of the illegals (or even legals) would have some sort of off the books security arrangement but the more I see it appears these arrangements aren't in place.

A few indicted those sorts of arrangements were just too expensive or better avoided so don't exist.

When i first started up I thought the girls could ring a triad dude to beat the shit out of me but her ringing the police on herself shows she has very limited options if something goes wrong.

I know legal workers who who used to regularly ring the police cause customers either got rough, stole stuff or refused to pay and would say the police arrive very very fast but just defuse the situation and tell the guy to leave. I guess for serious things they might arrest but generally the girls said they didn't help.
