Hong Kong on a Sunday

I am going to find myself in Hong Kong on a Sunday and with no plans currently..

I am not a party animal but would love to get out and experience all that Hong Kong has to offer.. where should I head?

Bird Market and a hike not suggestions I expected in this forum but both look like great options thank you!

Looking on other comments about Wanchai Joe Bananas is often mentioned but it looks quite up market if I search for it, I expected somewhere a little more…. not sure of the right word… but not what looks like a fairly classy bar/restaurant. Am I looking at the right place? and is it worth a visit?

Sunday all the "maids" are off,  you can find many drinking and partying mid day in the Wan Chai discos around Joe banana's.

Some of them may want money, but Ive also had "friends" that didn't ask for money.
Good luck!
