If it's condom only, you should really try differents brands and sizes. Try different types and possibly play around with adding a different lube inside. Even when young, I had issues with finishing while wearing a condom. Finding one that fit my girth was key. Ciallis and gas station pills probably will help but if you’re looking for a holistic approach I recommend improving your cardiovascular health if you haven’t been exercising. What helped is when I switch to using my own condoms instead of the cheap junk the girls have on them. I have two kind that really helps me. Sagami original, large size. Or Skyn original. For sagami these Japanese condom are super tight so even tho I don't consider myself large, the regular were too tight but large size was just right. Skyn original fits just fine probably cuz American market is their main aim. For both of these I can feel the warmth much better and just has a much better feel. And both of them aren't strangling my dick. Also another problem is if the girl uses too much gel and it just like frictionless gliding.
