I've mongered all over the world, but haven't really figured out Shenzhen yet. Surprised to find so little info, so figured I'd recap here and trade notes with other bros.
For the record, I can speak Chinese and read/write poorly, so I have more access than those who can't communicate in Chinese at all. English proficiency is low here, so unless you go with a friend, you're getting limited service if at all.

High end water spas
These are huge spas near Futian that are legit. Families w/ kids, couples, and everyone comes here.
The big ones are: 港湾一号， 汤崎 (formerly 水立方), 浅深. (Confirmed HJ all available)
Other big ones that aren't as new (but still in the same tier?) 东方雅典， 东方棕泉, 黄金海岸 (haven't been to these myself.)
They're generally legit establishments, with huge facilities for hundreds of people, with food/drinks/games/relax areas w/ big couches/saunas/everything. You can get massages in the primary lobby with big couches, or in the private rooms. The primary lobby massages are usually older staff that offer legit massages, or "beauticians" that are pretty girls in their 20s giving head/neck/hand massages in heels and skirts. I don't know why they think that's family friendly, but I'm not complaining. The hottest girls I've seen in Shenzhen are these beauticians, but they don't offer anything extra publicly. It's probably possible to get their Wechat for private meeting, but I haven't tried.
In the private room, you can also select older masseuses or good looking female masseuses (late 20s/early 30s). You can choose your masseuse on the monitor in the lobby, but the photos are usually heavily edited. If you're a guy, (and you speak Chinese), you can generally hint to the female masseuses for a happy ending. They'll negotiate a tip of about 500-600 for HJ. In those cases, I was able to reach under their blouse and feel up their tits and one let me play between her legs. However, it's still breaking the rules and they're really cautious about it. The room has a small window that if someone really wanted to check they can see you doing the business. HJ only, no way to get anything more here. Personally, they're pretty hot but it's not much fun when they're rushing you through and anxious the whole time.
Cost: For no extras, it'll run you about 700-800 RMB for the massages, and then another 500-600 tips for HJ.
Mid end spas
A tier lower than the high end, but also cheaper and more access.
The fun part is a lot more fun than the high end spas. Here you can choose from a photo album from the staff of who's working. At the spa mentioned below, they give a semi legit massage for 20m or so, and then they strip naked and give full body catbath, rim job, sometimes BBBJ (depends on who), and usually finish with an HJ.
My favorite one is called 璞丽汇 on 4th floor of 深圳罗湖发展中心酒店 4/F ; as previously shared in this forum. They also hire good looking beauticians for the lobby massages.
Cost: About 500-600 RMB with HJ included.
Low end parlors
I've been to a few and it's really NMCOT. Basically I've found them on TG groups where there are agents who are peddling different parlors across the city and get a commission.
The language they use here are gasoline level 92 / 95 / 98.
92 = HJ
95 = BJ
98 = FS
However, these places are usually really sketchy and just poor conditions. Some are spas, some are massage parlors. I went to one yesterday that was literally through a hidden bookshelf entrance. The talent is also older/less attractive, but you get what you pay for and they offer more services. Sometimes you might get lucky with a pretty girl, but it's like finding diamonds in the rough.
Cost: 92/95 about 400. 98 about 500. Always 1h+ and sometimes 2h and multiple shots.
Agencies / Freelancers
I haven't had much luck with agencies / agents. Usually they either don't have real photos, and fish me some place to take a cut. I'd be happy to take intros if there are good ones.
Freelancers are usually girls I've met in Hong Kong who come back to Shenzhen because they can't stay in HK all the time. I've also gotten wechat from highend and mid end spas of girls I've found pretty, and they're almost always open to meeting privately. You just have to negotiate a price that makes sense. If they work at a high end spa, it's usually not worth them taking the day off for just you. But for beauticians who don't really make much, it can be pretty good deal.
Cost: I've had full service for as low as 600 to 1500 (if they're a 9+). Most I ever spent was 3000 on a smoke show all nighter and neither of us could walk the next day.
KTV
I know these exist, but since I usually monger alone I haven't had much chances to do much here. Last time my friend and I went looking but we also struck out here. From what I understand, there's a KTV in Vienna Hotel and you can choose a girl to go back to the room. Again no experience here so someone else can leave a tip.
Bars

I went there on a weekend and there were def some older women beckoning you in for business, but none of them stood out as attractive to me so I didn't bother. Maybe you'd have better luck.
Where to stay
By the border of SZ/HK in Futian or Luohu are your best bets. Futian is more MCOT because there's nice bars and actual attractive people as well (cocopark).
