Price of Macau Ferry

Hey brothers, I will be heading out to Macau from HK since I need to do something in HK on Thursday. Anyways my relatives in HK have been saying that the Ferry prices are bonkers now and that it is hard to get a ticket, is this true?

Ferries to Macau are 160hkd on Klook but require 48 hour advance booking . Main advantage is the terminal is easier to get to. If this is no good, the bus from the Macau bridge is harder to get to but there are plenty of buses there and it's only 60hkd. Takes about 40 minutes. From the Macau side there are plenty of free shuttle buses to the ferry terminal, then from there you can get a free hotel shuttle bus to one of the many hotels/ casinos. You can take the one to star world casino of you want to be close to Golden Sauna.

If you have a HK id card you can register it at the terminal for free for electronic entry which lets you skip the queue at immigration, saving quite a bit of time if it's busy

Tickets are 160HK during the day and 200 Hk after 5pm . Last ferry is around 23.30 or 00,30 depending on the direction you are travelling . Certainly no need to book  iin advance , you can buy ticket and get on board comfortably if you turn up 30 minutes before sailing time , the closest I have cut it is 12 minutes .

its about 190 bucks each way, not too bad imo. Since youo're going to macau anyway, you can pop by a casino and put 400 on roullette : and potentially get a free round trip!
