is this forum dead?

I've been coming on here on and off and looking to see if there are any new post to talk about but there doesnt seem to be any new posts and the report coming in are also quite slow. is this forum dying?

For what it’s worth, I posted something as a test this morning and got about 20 views in 3 hours. I suspect it’s still got a pulse, but it’s quite weak.
