How to use FKKs in frankfurt?

Going to frankfurt and I plan to visit Sharks and Oase.

Questions:
1) Can I "sleepover" at these FKKs or should i book a hotel?
2) Is there a loungue where I can browse my phone and chill in general?
3) Is the buffets good there?

1) There are comfortable couches, resting pads, beds, etc. where you can take a nap. Most of the FKKs close at around 4am in the morning.
2) Phones are not allowed inside. You should use them in the locker room or head outside. But Palace has some seating near the entrance where you can use your phone.
3) Sharks has a good outdoor BBQ. But I think that's only during the summer. Palace has the best buffet among all.

Based on my visits (last 2019) oase is much more stringent about phones compared to sharks. On several occasions the oase guys caught me using my phone, even though I was at the upstairs area where the women aren't allowed, it seemed they were quite diligent in monitoring phone use.

Sharks in comparison weren't nearly so bad, I just stayed in one of the Cabanas with the curtain and was able to use my phone for ages.

The funny thing is oase had WiFi available but shark didn't.

Don’t go for the food… Germany has great Turkish food so grab something later…

1. No, you can't sleep there overnight.

buffets are usually meh... best when they have BBQ
anyway it's long time i not go to Frankfurt so i don't about the real food situation, but of course you not go to FKK for great food, you just need food for have power and fucking all the girls.
