Everytime I tell myself I am going start cutting down on the hobby, it just pulls me right back in. Happen to be in the area(TST), and one observation came to mind. Back before 2019, I did most of my walk-up punting during the day. I don't know if these strategies still work as I haven't been that active- certainly not as active at the OP (high 5!), but I tried for times:
1. Call and try to make the 1st appointment or pop in at her listed starting time.
However, this strategy works best with a professional WG. If you tried it with some SEAsian girls, they likely were taking calls and they often slept in and even if they did open the door, they would often be in a sleepy haze.

2. Hit the post-lunch lull.
There are a number of zombies that are consuming more than the typical executive lunch from 12:45-2:30pm, so some spots can get busy around those times. If you can slip in after that, things usually are slower until after 5pm when more guys are getting off work or whatever.

Rather than window shopping like a zombie, I do catalog shopping on this site and then arrive at the building with 2 or 3 targets. To increase my success rate where my targets are "please wait" I have started to SMS them in Chinese typically the morning of a planned visit later in the afternoon with something in Chinese like "booking please today at 4:30 PM, I'm clean, polite, respectful foreigner" (which I am of course ). 25% of the time I will get a response OK, or "busy how how about 5:30 PM" or something similar. 75%of  the time I get nothing.

I can understand how this works, a girl may have other bookings or simply does not want to tie up her time, forgoing people knocking on her door waiting for some unknown punter to show up who might not. Where I have deployed this approach successfully and after a few visits and they see I am reliable and typically when I say I will show up I do (a few times I have been late and will always text them "5 minutes late sorry") they will always promptly respond with a yes or suggest another time .

When there is someone really desirable, I have to rock up with no appointment, hope they're available, then ask for a number at the end of the meeting, and I have to hope they will then be more accommodating when I make a request several weeks later, assuming they can put together: the person, his face, his penis, and their recollection of the prior experience. One time after texting for an appointment and getting a yes, she showed me her mobile telephone where she had in one day 5 text messages all advising that they want to see her, and asking me which one of those messages was mine.

We have very similar protocol
(saved of course for my regulars that I book by SMS (English only, but simple with Date-Time-How Long) or e-mail) 1 or 2 days before,
starting with
a) selecting from the database  "targets" near-by with their phones, opening hours, costs...and #1, #2,...
as well as BACK UP (if total fail, that is generally a Thai massage where comprehensive services have been provided in the past)
b) when nearby ...at least 1/2h before the top of the hour, send SMS (English only) with ..."Time  OK ?"...  (to avoid misunderstanding)
