Shanghai Sauna Status

Hello bros, does anyone know what the status of the saunas in Shanghai is? Are there any full service ones that are still operating? Are there still the famous “water bed” saunas （水磨桑拿)? Would appreciate any intel and happy to share my experiences!

It seems like the scene has been dead for years since the crackdown. Has the scene gone underground?

I’ve only encountered veggie places that try to scam customers into expensive memberships.

Shanghai Sauna Status

All of them got nuked by the summer of 2018. They were cracking down hard on them since the summer of 2017. What a shame, I only really discovered these places in 2016. Wish I would have found them back 10+ years ago.

Has there been any update to this thread? Is SHanghai scene really absolutely dead?

I believe dead.  Havent heard of anything recwntly beibg similar to the pre-2018 experiences.  Most of the choices these days are agents you contact via WeChat with online (cloud) databases of regular MMs in different neighborhoods with private room for 1.6k to 3.0k, or agents you contact on WeChat with "models" at 3k and up, also generally with private room.  Have seen agents on QQ but they often redirect to the other two methods above.   I have had generally good experiences but it is pricy and YMMV.

Yeah I've looked on the different chinese forums and they're dead.
