You bros don't just bring your digital camera if the cell phone cam is a little weak?  I'd do so, but my own camera is still only about 5 or 6 megapixels. Havent encountered one with good setting to shut off all lights and sounds to get less suspicion. Not just for this but also like events or places they say no pictures but still would interesting to take pics for blogs.

But the quality is okay and you can shut off all the sounds and the led light so no one knows your taking video or pics. Its also relatively inexpensive. JcKJr mentioned the Nokia N8 - the specs look good with 12megapixel camera and able to shoot 720P video. But its gonna be expensive.

But on the nokia 6700 classic (not the slide) in the options you can turn off LED flash and this disables the red focus light also. So no flash or strobe or anything. You can also turn off the shutter sounds in options so no noises are heard. However I did have an old n82 and it had the xenon flash and used to strobe before taking a photo to detect the light (even when I switched the flash off). So chances are some will and some won't switch off completely, have to test each model. The ultimate stealth phone would be one that also would darken or switch the screen to blank when videoing or taking a photo. I know they sell actual spy phones in Sham Shui Po, where the hidden camera is to the side of the phone. But they look like phones from the previous generation and not sure about the call quality or picture quality.

Anyone seen those spy sunglasses at Sham Shui Po look kinda interesting but I doubt the quality is good.
